Situated at the border of Atlantic and Squire Park neighborhoods, Modera Jackson is designed to offer thoughtful urban living within a vibrant neighborhood.
The design team drew inspiration from its neighbor, Pratt Fine Art Center, and developed a material palette celebrating the crafts with a burst of colors. The amenities feature a residential lobby, a posh theater, fitness facilities, a rooftop club house, and a roof deck with panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, Olympic Mountains, and the Seattle skyline.
