Situated in Everett, Washington, Mosaic Apartments is designed to offer urban living within an art themed building.
Upon entering the building, residents and guests are greeted by a spacious, art gallery-like lobby. The amenity spaces are inspired by colors, materials and inspirations of the local art scene. The Coworking suite is flooded with an abundance of natural light and offers a direct visual connection to the street. The more intimately scaled spaces of the conference room and study nooks are animated through pops of color and texture. The art-infused character and layout of the Amenity Lounge is defined by a series of built-in seating nooks clad in richly colored wood. A monumental fireplace focal wall anchors the space.
